Congrats on your loss, almost 2 pounds in one week is pretty AWESOME!<BR/><BR/>I started the Flat Belly Diet from Prevention and lost 4 pounds in their 4 day jumpstart. Made me VERY happy and motivated me to keep to the plan. It's not at all hard to keep to. You eat every 4 hours, so I'm never hungry. The loss after the 4 days slows down but has been steady. They say that the slower and more steadily you lose it, the better the odds that you can keep the weight off long term.
