Weigh-In for Allan's Double Dog Dare You Challenge

Today is the first day of Allen's Double Dog Dare You Challenge! I'm excited about having a plan to get me started again.

Current weight:  252.8

Goal (for now):  170

My calories for the day (each and every day):  1870

Wow! That's a lot of calories! Yay! Nom.Nom.

Thanks, Allan, for the motivation to get back at it. So far today, I've done great with my food and water. And, I found a cool App for my iPhone called DailyBurn. I love me some healthy apps. I have the free version right now. I may be interested in the paid version if I need more help with workouts.

    I can't wait to see you get your teeth into this challenge. It was exactly what I needed as well. A real sharp butt kick back on track!!


  2. We weighed in closely. I'm 252.4 for the opening of challenge. My goal is 160, so 1760. It's a lot in terms of strict dieters, but I was eating 1800-1900, so it's less for me. I still have to weigh and watch what I eat, even at 1760. Goes fast for this cheese-loving gal. :)

    Let's do it. Yeah!
