Because of all the crap going on at work, my attempt at eating right was a little futile. I did okay until Friday. Then I stopped at Randall's to buy license tags for the car and decided I needed a brownie. I bought the package that had four brownies in it and ate one and a half on the way home. I just finished the last brownie tonight. I'm so miserable and it's not from eating a damn brownie.
I did manage to ride 25 miles this week.
And last night, I had a dream and Gerard Butler was in it. Nice.
This is how I feel about my job. I don't tell myself they couldn't live without. I have come to find that they can, and they do live without me.
ReplyDeleteFind something that you love. Maybe clear the air with the person (boss) and maybe things will be better. At least maybe it could be tolerable.
Easy to say, harder to do. {{hugs}}
I am so sorry that you are going through this. I know it's been an ongoing issue for a while.
ReplyDeleteI shall hope for something new, fabulous and perfect for you to be put in your path.
And I do think you look like Suzanne P. - your Dad was right!
Hugs
I'm sorry you are having so many problems at work. It sucks to hate something you have to do every day.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your sweet comment on my pictures...you really are a beautiful person.
Hang in there! Big hugs!!!
I'm sorry you aren't enjoying your job. I think it's really important that one enjoys that part of their life since a majority of the time is spend at work. I hope that it gets better soon and that you will find joy in going to work everyday
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could just get a photo keychain and keep a pic of Gerard Butler in it. He's better than a brownie any day :)
ReplyDeleteSorry for the crappy time at work. I lived it, and you're right: life is far too short.
Great job with the bike rides! I thought of you yesteday when I got my bike out for the first time since Thanksgiving.
Oooooh Gerald. You do it to me every time!!
ReplyDeleteSorry about your job :( That sucks it. I hope this week goes better for you chicky!
I bet it was a great dream :-)
ReplyDeleteI remember watching the movie about time travel...?....He was in it. The whole movie a swooned. Who is he? It was Him. I feel kind of sad sometimes when people get recognizably famous. But how could you not recognize?
ReplyDeleteIs there anything that you can do about your job? I hope something reveals itself to you.
XO
Andrea
Hope youre having a good Monday.
ReplyDeleteI'm currently dealing with a lot of crap where I work, too. So much so that I need to keep talking myself out of eating everything in the cupboards and fridge.
